Members must register and receive a membership number to be part of the club.
In order to qualify for Familiarisation trips members must have first earned at least 500 points.
Points earned will not expire.
In the case of duplicated claims the system will award the points to the member whose claim was first to be validated.
All claims will be validated before points are credited to accounts.
Payments for claims will only be made to the member.
Point queries must be sent within 6 months of claim.
Members must update their registration information if the information is outdated, i.e., change of address, email etc.
A request must be submitted at least two weeks in advance, in order to receive assistance with personal hotel and product inspections while on vacation in Barbados. Personal Familiarisation trips do not include airfare.
Organised Familiarisation will include air, accommodation, and ground transportation and will also require a small participation fee.
The BTMI reserves the right to make adjustments to the program at anytime.
